"A few months ago, I began fostering a beautiful, smart, sweet-natured, yet untrained, reactive, and prey-driven German Shepherd from Southern California. He was an owner surrender, spending most of his young life outdoors 24/7. He had issues adapting to the indoors, socializing, walking on a leash and would easily jump fences, bark almost uncontrollably at small animals, and anyone riding a bike, skateboard, scooter, and / or motorcycle.
